With over 12 years of experience as Director at Alpina China, Matic has led the production of high-complexity components with precision and purpose. His expertise spans manufacturing, tooling, and end-to-end logistics. Matic brings a unique ability to understand the final purpose of each product and align the entire manufacturing process accordingly. He contributes actively to concept optimization and is responsible for the flawless technical execution of every project.
Nejc Kavčič (CSO)
Sales, Product Insights & Material Expertise
Nejc brings strong international sales experience combined with a hands-on background in the production of technically demanding products. He has a deep understanding of plastics – not just in manufacturing, but also how materials behave over time and with usage. Nejc ensures customers receive complete and long-lasting solutions tailored to their real-world needs. He plays a vital role in shaping products for both performance and market success.
Marko Kadunc (COO)
Strategy, Engineering & Global Business Development
Marko brings a comprehensive background in engineering, product development, and global logistics. With deep expertise in toolmaking, PCB integration, and product commercialization, he has successfully led horizontal processes from concept to global market success. As the co-creator of two internationally recognized products – NeoRhythm and PetsPEMF – he has demonstrated the ability to connect innovation with large-scale demand. With 9 years of experience as the director of MDCN TECH, Marko specializes in integrating new solutions into global sales channels while ensuring technical and logistical feasibility.
Xiaodong Xu (COM)
China Project Management & Tooling Expertise
Beatrice is the backbone of operations in China, having managed the development of over 90 tools for some of the most demanding clients and markets. Her role spans all aspects of Chinese-side project execution – from coordination and technical oversight to delivery. With extensive experience and precision management skills, she ensures every tool meets the highest standards and that each project runs smoothly from design to delivery.
